PH2020 Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 My previous Loyverse account used to offer unlimited access to sales history for free. However, my new Loyverse account only shows sales history for the past 30 days. Is this a new policy?
Sam Posted November 26, 2024 Posted November 26, 2024 Hello! The Unlimited Sales history is a new subscription that Loyverse implemented. This new subscription add-on, as the name indicates, allows you to have unlimited access to your sales history and export it. Additionally, the Integrations will be for free. Hope this answers your question.
Shock78 Posted January 30 Posted January 30 Hi, I'm based in the UK and had an email about the change to limited history from Feb 25. I find the history and reporting features really useful so would definitely like to keep and keen not to lose any data. My questions are How do I sign up for this subscription? If I don't sign up but want to at a later date will my data still be held to able to access again once I pay? My data goes back to 2022. Thanks! James
Sheila Posted Saturday at 07:20 PM Posted Saturday at 07:20 PM We have been using Loyverse since 2022 but are now unable to access our sales history before 31 days without paying and cannot export either - is this correct?
mulu Posted Sunday at 08:32 AM Posted Sunday at 08:32 AM The same for us. We have an account and been using it daily since 2022. First time we are asked to pay for sales history. I thought it was only for new subscription. Is this a bug?
RoastAndRoll Posted Sunday at 02:33 PM Posted Sunday at 02:33 PM I have just sat down to go through my finances for January and found that I cannot see the first couple of days anymore. I was under the impression that the 30 day limit was only going to apply to new accounts, and I have been using Loyverse since September 2022. I wanted to contact support about the change, and fair enough that they would want to migrate old users to their new £5pm paid model, but I am more annoyed at their support system. There is no phone number for support, and the only other fast support option seems to be the live chat which is locked behind a £20pm subscription. Locking customer support behind a more expensive subscription feels very anti-consumer, and I hope they either remove the support paywall or reduce it to their lowest subscription fee.
