OY26
Hi everyone! Quick question ^^ How do you handle employee shift tracking with Loyverse? I’ve been thinking of using the POS to monitor which team members handle certain bookings, especially since I have staff managing both rentals and fitness classes. Toms88
Hi Oy! I rely heavily on the employee management feature. Each of my employees has their own login, so I can easily see who handled which transaction, whether it’s a field rental, a class booking, or a merchandise sale. It’s been helpful for tracking individual performance and identifying areas for improvement.
OY26
Sounds exactly like what I need! Do you find it useful for managing schedules as well? I want to ensure I have enough coverage, especially on weekends when bookings are high.
Toms88
Definitely. I use Loyverse to monitor peak hours by looking at sales reports to see when we’re busiest. That way, I can adjust shifts to ensure enough staff is available during high-traffic times. It’s great for planning, especially since our busiest periods coincide with the most rentals and walk-in class participants.
OY26
That’s a good idea! I hadn’t thought about using sales data to plan shifts. Do you track employee performance in Loyverse, or do you handle that outside the POS?
Toms88
I mainly rely on Loyverse for that. It provides detailed reports on each employee’s sales and bookings, which helps me see who’s performing well and where we might need to focus on training. It makes it easy to identify top performers and ensure everyone is contributing to our goals.
OY26
Nice, thanks! Last question: how do you handle sales performance tracking? Do you review employee stats regularly?
Toms88
Yes, I review weekly sales reports that break down each employee’s bookings and sales. It helps me see who’s bringing in the most revenue, which classes or rentals are popular, and who might need more training. It’s super helpful for team meetings and goal setting! OY26
That’s perfect. I’ll start implementing these features for my team, especially as we approach the busy season. Thanks, Toms, this really helps!
Toms88
Happy to share my methods with you! Just a heads-up: the employee management feature is part of Loyverse’s paid add-on, but you can try it out before activating the subscription. They offer a 14-day free trial, and the best part is you don’t need to enter any card details or payment info to get started!
OY26
Thanks! That’s really helpful to know. I’ll definitely give the free trial a shot to see if it fits our needs. It sounds like it could make a big difference in how I manage the team, especially with the busy season coming up. I appreciate all the insights!
