Hi is there anyway the owner can go through detail on specific customer puchase pattern trasanction on several store ? this will help us to understand customer for further benefits.

because from current shown only firstl/last visit , point , total spend.

Yes, in the back office you can check all the transactions assigned to this particular customer in all your stores using the PURCHASE HISTORY:
