IlianTiva01
I want to know what the value of each point is, that is, if a customer has 100 points, is this equivalent to $10, or something similar, or how is it calculated? I understand how they are generated, that is, if I configure 5% of the ticket to be credited, and the customer buys $200, 10 points will be credited, what those points are equivalent to on their next purchase. Does it always has the same value? or it depends on something.
Georg
Hello When you set up a loyalty program in Loyverse, you can configure the percentage of the amount spent that gets converted into loyalty points. By default, it’s set up as 1 point for every 1% of the amount spent. For example, if a customer spends $200 and you’ve configured a 5% credit rate, they would earn 10 points (5% of $200). So, the number in the loyalty settings is the percentage of the purchase amount. If you set for example 20% it will earn 20% of the purchase amount.
IlianTiva01
Hello Georg, thanks for the help. Using the same example, does that mean that the customer has $10=10 points to redeem on his next purchase? Thanks again.
