Help aligning prints to labels (Maybe esc/pos settings to check)

I've gotten my Xprinter xl365b bluetooth printer to connect on android and will print out when making a sale. When I have labels loaded in the printer it doesnt sync the printing area to the label size (especially when I add modifiers to items)

What is the best way to get the order to align to the label size every time?
