Articles are no longer visible

After adding a category and syncing the POS app, the new category has been added, but *all articles have been removed. 

I have tried:

- using the sync button

- restarting the POS

- restarting the Loyverse App

- logging off and then on again

Also, I have tried login in using a different Loyverse account. There also, all articles are missing.

How can this be solved?

Hello @Winfried

Could you provide more information about these removed items? Were these items previously added to the category? If so, could you explain why they were removed? Typically, when adding items to a category, they shouldn't be deleted or removed.
