Summary Gross Sales and printed shift report does not match

Hello, anybody have an idea why my gross sales and nett sales does not match, is there any mistakes? It looks like the one in shift report matches with money collected. and there is something wrong with the sales summary. anybody could advice what to do?

Hello there!

There are a few reasons why you may get discrepancies between your Shift reports and Sales Summary reports. It could be that during the printing of shift reports, some sales were not synced with the back office. Or after printing the shift report, some receipts were canceled.

To check this, you can export receipts for the corresponding period from the Receipt report in the back office. This will make it easier for you to analyze sales and select the filters you need.
