Difference of discounts in amount and percentage

That’s something wrong when I add discounts by amount of money. It doesn’t appear in tickets.

Could you please tell us more? Do you mean you can't find the amount discounts or you mean you can't see the discount when its already added on the ticket?

I can’t see discounts by indicating value the value upon sale in items when I create tickets.

This is my discounts list. 

This is a item in sale. It’s just available 10P but D1 and D2 are not available.

The difference between the two discounts lies in their application:

Amount Discount: This type of discount applies to the entire ticket total.

Percentage Discount: This type of discount applies to each individual item.

So, the amount discount affects the total purchase, while the percentage discount is applied to each item separately.
