atik
Hello! I want to set up a POS system for my theater business. I need to have a POS system onsite in addition to my online booking system. This will accommodate people who purchase tickets onsite as well as those who want to buy snacks like popcorn or drinks. Additionally, is it possible to set up a reservation system? Hanna
Hello @atik! May I ask how many people your theater can accommodate?

Hanna
Thank you for the information. In this case, I suggest using our predefined tickets. Predefined tickets can help with the reservation system. When making reservations, you can assign the ticket to the specific seat they want. On the day of the show, you can easily find their seat from the saved tickets and charge the ticket accordingly. To set up the predefine tickets, please check out this help article: https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-use-predefined-open-tickets Additionally, you can print order slips, that could help you with the ticketing section. This could be a nice feature for customers to enter the theater after paying their ticket from the booth. For the reference, the order slip will look like this: To configure this feature, please check out this help article: https://help.loyverse.com/help/set-kitchen-printer-each You can add the movie names and snacks as regular items in the POS or in the Back Office: https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-add-items-loyverse-back-office
