Hello!

I want to set up a POS system for my theater business. I need to have a POS system onsite in addition to my online booking system. This will accommodate people who purchase tickets onsite as well as those who want to buy snacks like popcorn or drinks. Additionally, is it possible to set up a reservation system?

May I ask how many people your theater can accommodate?

There are 150 seats in total inside.

Thank you for the information. In this case, I suggest using our predefined tickets. Predefined tickets can help with the reservation system. When making reservations, you can assign the ticket to the specific seat they want. On the day of the show, you can easily find their seat from the saved tickets and charge the ticket accordingly.

Additionally, you can print order slips, that could help you with the ticketing section. This could be a nice feature for customers to enter the theater after paying their ticket from the booth.
