Teya Posted July 2, 2024 Posted July 2, 2024 I am setting up a demo store for Loyverse (I work for Teya). When looking through back office to add a payment, I have no option for a Teya terminal. I have Card, Check, Cash, Other, Sumup and Zettle. I would like to have it fully intergrated for demo purposes. Please advise.

The only options that are shown are Card, Check, Other, Sumup & Zettle. Save your changes when done. " the Teya option is not shown on the list.

Teya Posted October 10, 2024 Author Posted October 10, 2024 @Shinjin I am recieving the error 'You do not have Teya Aquiring Subscription. Please contact customer support' when trying to pair my terminal to my POS. Can you assist? Thanks
