Cannot see option for Teya Terminal in Loyverse Back Office.

I am setting up a demo store for Loyverse (I work for Teya). 

 

When looking through back office to add a payment, I have no option for a Teya terminal.

 

I have Card, Check, Cash, Other, Sumup and Zettle.

 

I would like to have it fully intergrated for demo purposes. Please advise.

Hi,

I followed the link but as mentioned above, there is no option for Teya to show up on the back office. The only options that are shown are Card, Check, Other, Sumup & Zettle. I've attached a screenshot for clarification
 

This is the Teya Set up link: https://help.loyverse.com/help/card-payments-teya

" In the ‘Add Payment Type’ page, select the ‘Teya’ payment type from the drop-down list. Save your changes when done. " the Teya option is not shown on the list.

Hello,

Please check your Back Office now if the Teya payment type appears on the list for you.

If it does not, please reload your Back Office or relogin into your Back Office.

I am recieving the error 'You do not have Teya Aquiring Subscription. Please contact customer support' when trying to pair my terminal to my POS.

 

Can you assist?
