JEFFMIN Posted June 21 Share Posted June 21 (edited) Is it possible to remove the loyalty points from a ticket when customer is added? Reason is I have already gave the customer a discount. I can finish the sale transaction without attaching the customer so it will not earn points. However, I need to attach it so i can track his purchases for future reference and analysis. Please help. Hello Unfortunately, if the customer is added to the ticket and the loyalty points feature is activated in the back office settings, the loyalty points will be earned even if you gave a discount to this customer already.
