Change of ownership of shop

I see that the account is not transferable. I am purchasing a shop which has the Loyverse system set up already. I have set up my own account which is obviously currently an empty shell. Is there a way to export and import the existing menu / set up. Is there a best practice way of transfering the sofware / set up currently in  use ?
