Report showing sales of all discounted items

Every day we count our stock, and if we see any missing items we sell them with 100% discount called Variance.

In reports I am able to see the daily/monthly amount discounted as variance. For example: Variance - $ 34. But I cannot see the items sold..

I would like to be able to have a daily and monthly report where I can see exactly which items has been discounted with Variance.

For example

Report: April 2024 Variance

Soda 4 
Cookies 2
Orange Juice 1
and so on... 

And also for other 100% discounts I have applied such as "Waste", "Owners" 

Is that possible?

Hello there, 

In this case, it would be best to export your 'Receipts by item' report. It's the most detailed report you can export from Loyverse where you can see all of the items that you have sold as well as the discount that was applied to the items. You can export this report by going to your Back Office > Receipts > Click on 'Export' > Choose 'Receipts by item'.
