How to fit large list of modifiers on screen?

Hi, I have a large list of modifiers in our cafe and the loyverse app wouldn't allow me to fit everything on screen due to dialog box like app design. I have to screen down to find things on the menu. Any suggestions that can help would be appreciated, thanks alot.
