WHy does my Sales report do not tally with the closing report printed

My sales report from the printed shift close report does not tally with the Exported Sales Report.

The netsales does not tally. How does the Shifting affect the reports if it overlaps the next day?

Have you checked if you also have canceled receipts during this shift report? Discrepancies with your reports can happen if, during the printing of shift reports, some sales were not synced with the back office. Or after printing the shift report, some receipts were canceled.
