Sam Posted March 24 Share Posted March 24 Hello there! Have you checked if you also have canceled receipts during this shift report? Discrepancies with your reports can happen if, during the printing of shift reports, some sales were not synced with the back office. Or after printing the shift report, some receipts were canceled.
