Drea27 Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 Hi Even though you're categorizing "Delivery" as an item, activating the Bonus loyalty feature includes the entire bill, including the delivery cost. In my Clothing business, which operates both online and in-store, we charge a delivery fee for orders. For instance, if a customer buys an item for $90.00 with a $30.00 delivery fee, the total is $120.00. The 5% loyalty bonus is calculated on the $120.00, resulting in a $6 discount on their next purchase. However, ideally, it should calculate the 5% on the $90.00, yielding a $4.50 bonus for their next purchase. To address this issue, what alternative approach can be employed?
Georg Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 Hello I am afraid there is no workaround if you need to exclude an item "Delivery fee" from the loyalty points calculation. I will send a feature suggestion to our team to make it possible to exclude specific item/s from the loyalty points. Thank you very much for your feedback!
