Getting ticket/order time reports from the KDS

Hi,

I want to try get the ticket duration spent from the KDS for reporting purposes on longer than normal orders.

Is this possible with Loyverse POS and KDS or is it possible to integrate it with something like Fresh KDS maybe with an API or something like Zapier?

I appreciate any help in advance.

Hello there!

Currently, we do not have a report that shows all of the tickets/orders that were sent to the KDS application. However, you can be able to see the list of completed tickets/orders in the KDS application and recall them. You also have the option to clear this list from the app.
