PirateCafe Posted October 10, 2023 Posted October 10, 2023 I have no problem with the set up and system tracking of the points, my problem is when I redeem the value of the points. It adds the discount to the receipt, but it does not deduct the points off of the clients available points. Any suggestions.

Hello Please note, that when you redeem the loyalty points balance, at the same time, the customer earns new points for the amount for which the customer was charged. Maybe that is the reason why it looks as the points balance was not decreased.
