PirateCafe Posted October 10, 2023 Share Posted October 10, 2023 I have no problem with the set up and system tracking of the points, my problem is when I redeem the value of the points. Hello Please note, that when you redeem the loyalty points balance, at the same time, the customer earns new points for the amount for which the customer was charged.
