Problems with pictures !

Hi,

Yesterday I changed the charges on two items that we sell in our bar/Lounge, and today I added a new item.

I used the same process that I have used for over a year, and it has always worked like a dream in the past.

The two items I altered the price on, no longer show the picture of the item on the POS as does the new item that I added today.

I have NEVER had a problem with product pictures, actually, we have never had any problems with the basic system since we started using it well over a year ago, with ANYTHING before, it's been brilliant.

We use the basic system as all profits go to making our lounge the hub of our old folks' community here at Rosebank Park with comfy chairs, tables, packs of cards, board games etc. Everything to make the last years of our residents, of which I am one, more active and interesting. We are properly licenced by the council and obey all the UK licencing laws.

Any help with this picture problem that has started happening, everything else is fine, all the old pictures are there, just as soon as we make a modification or addition, that particular item's picture no longer shows up on the POS.

Any help would be very welcome,

Hello!
Could you check the Android version of your device, please?
Unfortunately, the Required Android version is 5.0 and up. It was settled a long time ago because the software product is evolving.

I understand that it is frustrating when something doesn't work as you expect.

We did not turn off the pictures in the POS. These are the limitations of your device.
We don't support anymore the version of Android, that is lower than 5.0.
