CoffeeNotes
Is there a way to set up a group of modifiers so that only one modifier from a group can be picked. For example a we offer almond, oat, or macadamia milk, but I want only one option to be selected for the drink. The problem is that sometimes when a person changes their mind and pick a new option but forgets to uncheck the previous option, then the price is charged twice for that modifier. Or am I doing this totally wrong and should not even be using modifiers in this instance? TIA. S.
Yamil
Unfortunately, there is no such option to limit the selection of the modifier to a group of modifiers currently; however, your request will be forwarded to our developer team for review. At the moment, it is recommended to use the modifiers for your situation, but as another workaround to avoid employees selecting more than one option of modifiers, you can use the variants functionality adding the three options Almond, Oat, Macadamia milk, but please note that variants are tracked separately for each option in case you need the tracking of the main item that you were using with the modifier. You can learn more about variants here: https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-use-variants-items
