Usually, there may be discrepancies in your shift report compared to your sales summary report if you have 'unsynced' receipts, or after printing the shift report, some receipts were canceled. You can export receipts for the corresponding period from the Receipt report in the back office. This will make it easier for you to analyze sales and select the filters you need.
