Loyalty barcode scanning add extra 0 to front

When I try to associate a barcode with a customer and then add the customer via scanning their barcode it always adds an extra 0 to the front of the number and then of course doesn’t find them.

if I add the same barcode to an item it reads it just fine. Is this a bug or do I need to do something unique to user barcodes?

It should work well. 
1.Could you tell make a screenshot or photo of the customer's barcode, please?
2.Do you use Loyverse POS app on iOS or on Android device?
