Edit saved open tickets

Hi please allow the system to edit items in an open ticket after being saved.

Why is it not possible for us to that at the moment?

To edit an open ticket, please click on the OPEN TICKETS button on the sale screen and then, click on the ticket that you want to edit:

Click here, if you would like to edit the items, which were already added to the ticket:

If you want to delete an item from the ticket, please move it from the right side to the left side and press delete button:

If you would like to enable/disable tax or a discount, please click on the item and in the opened item's options, you will be able to do so:

---
Press SAVE button.


If you have additional questions regarding the open tickets, please let us know. Please kindly clarify what exactly you would like to edit for the items in the open ticket.

Hello))) It would great to have Edit option for open ticket)) It takes time if client wants change size or color (variants) of product or quantity((( we should delete - search again and ect otherwise to just opet and correct))) Thanks)
