Hello,
At the moment we do not have a dedicated feature for topping up customer accounts but you can try the following workaround.
You can create customer profiles in the POS app or in the Back Office for each customer, this way their pre-paid amount can be stored as points on their profile and spent on their purchases.
Then create an item called 'Account Top-up' and leave the price field empty so that you can specify it at sale. You can also leave the 'Track Stock' option disable
