Shinjin Posted September 30, 2022 Share Posted September 30, 2022 Hello, The Loyverse POS app can work offline but you will need an Internet connection when first signing in using your email and password. After you are signed in, you can log into your device even if offline using your PIN code. Please make sure that the cable you are using works, try to turn off and back on the internet router. If you still cannot connect the device to the Internet, please refer to the distributor/manufacturer of the device or contact your network administrator. Club99 Posted February 13, 2023 Share Posted February 13, 2023 I have the same kind of problem...the app is working on other internet connections, but with the main wifi connection, it says 'No internet connection'. I tried connecting the tablet to other wifi connections, and it works fine. I tried resetting the wifi connection, but problem remains the same!
