Theodore Posted May 30, 2018 Posted May 30, 2018 Some items might not appear on POS because of the checkbox 'The item is available for sale' is inactive in 'Edit Item' card in Backoffice. Maybe due to this reason.
Tooshup Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 Hello, I have noticed two items that are having visibility issues on loyverse. I can view them on the app when I'm sending receipts to customers. The quantity also reduces afterwards. However when I go to the backend, I can't view the quantity once I open the item. I cant see the codes, quantity available in other stores etc. I don't want to delete the item and add it back because the code has been used to send the items to different places already. I've attached Images of the backoffice and the app for one of the items.

Might I perhaps suggest that in your Loyverse POS App, try to click on the "Sync" button that can be found in the Sales Screen under the three dotted button and check to see if this helps to update the information onto the Back Office? In any case, I'll have this be checked by our team as well. Thank you for notifying us.
Shinji Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 Also, could I ask in which browser did you checked this item in your Back Office? Did you checked this in a mobile/tablet device or did you check this iny our PC? If so, which browser did you use to open your Back Office?
