How to get report items or category's by payment type?

I've looked through the reports but the only one is sales by payment type.  What I'd like is either items or category's by payment type.  Even if it means dumping it in excel to manipulate it.  Any suggestions ?

You can export the list of receipts and sort them by payment type.
