Hello!

If you have selected the currency to that of Vietnamese, then its format should also reflect on your POS App as well. To know if your currency is set to Vietnamese, you can go to the Back Office through this link: https://r.loyverse.com/ and then click on the three bar button on the upper left corner and click on the person icon. From there, you can find the account settings like in this screenshot provided:

How do you want to the quantity to be adjusted? Do you want this item that has the quantity of 25,800 to be adjusted to a different number?

Yes. I want to change 25,800 to 25,8. Because of the fact it shows as 25,8 kg. If it becomes 25,800 kg, it is very confusing. Thank you for your help

You should be able to type the quantity manually and type in 25.8 when you set this item as sold by weight and it should appear as 25.8 and not 25,800. The quantity menu would look something like this:

 

Don't forget to click on the period or dot on the number pad so that you can apply the dot on places you want it to be applied:
