Is there a way to create a sale for a future deliver date?

We would like to use the POS to create orders for specific customers for future delivery date, is there a way to do this besides keeping a ticket open?

Hello LRob, have you found resolution to your problem? I would like to use KDS for my kitchen for future pickups (we are bakery). This would be really usefull.
