How do I set up two restaurants on one system?

I have two restaurants with exactly the same menu, and I have set them up as two different stores on the system.

I have created categories according to my menu. However, I'm finding that you can't print a category to more than one kitchen printer (I can't print a category to both restaurants). This means that I have to create duplicate categories so that I can assign each one to a different printer. This is time consuming as every time I edit an item, I have to make sure to do it twice.

Is there a way to connect a category to two kitchen printers? Or a generally quicker way to go about doing this?

You can activate the same printer groups for each kitchen printer and then the categories will be printed on both.
