I cant delete a variables

I cant delete a variables, trash icon are not shown?

Hello, the system doesn't allow you to delete the last variant of an item once you had already saved the item. The ''trash icon'' is not displayed before the last (only) product option, so as not to create contradictions in the product variants and for the simplicity of the system. The only solution for your case is to delete the item and add it again in the back office.

But doesnt deleting the item then lose all the information of stock sold?  Why would you want to delete an item and lose the history with that item?

In our system, no it does not delete the sales history made for the item even after being deleted from the items list.
