Loyverse KDS on Android Galaxy Tab A8 can't strike out items

Hello Community,

on our iPad we can tap on an item of a ticket to mark it as done (stright through font). However, on our Android device this appears not to work. 

Is this a settings issue on the device? Or is that feature not available under with Android devices?
