And you want to it to be added automatically? --- I will send such a suggestion to our team. At the moment you can save an open ticket as a "Custom Ticket". The name of the customer will be added automatically, but you will need to write the number of the table manually: 1

It’s so much easier to identify an open ticket against customer names vs. Table in the summary of open tickets. I hope your team can make this happen 1
