Sales have stopped being recorded

Good Morning,

we have a major problem, suddenly on Saturday all our sales have stopped being recorded on the back office and dashboard we can no longer tell what our daily sales are or what we have sold, we have a solid wifi connection with no problems, can you help with this problem urgently
