May I ask you to try the following: - Open the Back Office in Google Chrome - Open the Back Office in incognito mode - Clear Cache of your browser If none of this worked, please describe your issue more as to how it's frozen. Is it frozen while loading hence you are unable to access anything in your Back Office or is it frozen but the contents are being displayed hence you are unable to click any of them? 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
