Hello!

What is the browser you are using to open the Back Office? Is it Google Chrome or others?

May I ask you to try the following:
- Open the Back Office in Google Chrome
- Open the Back Office in incognito mode
- Clear Cache of your browser

If none of this worked, please describe your issue more as to how it's frozen. Is it frozen while loading hence you are unable to access anything in your Back Office or is it frozen but the contents are being displayed hence you are unable to click any of them?

Hello, if you're trying to open back office on  iOS device, please update iOS version of your device to the latest one.

now my other issue is how to remove the pin code when I don’t see the option to remove it (as is shown in the examples)
