Hello. 
If you have decimals activated in your account, it will be appear in the "Cash receive" as well. It cannot be removed. 

You can write manually the amount of money that you receive from the customer at the "Cash received" field if the amount is not among the suggested amounts. The suggested amounts are generated automatically from the system based on the total of the receipts and cannot be edited/changed.
