Sum up card transactions not displaying within loyverse

Sum up card transactions not displaying within loyverse back office ,any ideas ? 

We have reinstalled loyverse and checked for updates , and the same for sumup

Hello!

Have you already connected both SumUp and Loyverse together along with SumUp's Card reader? 

If you haven't yet, might I suggest that you follow this guide that talks about how to connect SumUp to Loyverse and use it: https://help.loyverse.com/help/credit-cards-sumup

But if this did not help, then could you be able to give more details about this? How about screenshots, pictures or even a video. This would really help a lot in your case. Thanks!

Hi it's been working successfully for over 1 year just all of a sudden it has stopped , I can use the sumup card reader and sumup app independently and all works well .

The transactions display in loyverse every now and then so it's connecting to sum up as I click the card reader option and it connects to the card reader and allows me to take the payment successful the issue I've got is loyverse won't show the reciept transaction
