Hi everyone

How do I remove "Cash" as a payment type? We do not accept cash, only card. Sometimes our employees accidentally click cash instead of card so we want to remove this option.

Hi @Mikayla, at the moment it is not possible to remove cash payment type.

We also would like to see the cash payment type removed. We are a sports club where members sometimes pay their own open ticket, select cash, but then not pay. There is not always someone around to check on this. With the PIN payment (Zettle) there has to be an actual payment for the ticket to be removed from the list of open tickets.

It is not possible to completely remove the Cash payment type however, you can disable the cash payment type in all the stores to effectively remove it from the payment screen on the POS devices.

Don't forget to save the changes.
