Hi!

Im new to loyverse, I just want to check if it is possible for me to extract the KITCHEN DISPLAY DATA specifically on the time taken by a ticket to be completed? Basically so I can check the production rate of my kitchen on how long does a 5 items ticket take to get completed. I see that this data is available at RECALL, but I dont know if it can be extracted. Is this possible with loyverse?

Hello. Unfortunately, Loyverse does not have functionality to extract these data.

Hi is this still not possible or is there possibly a way we can extract that data through a API or will this feature be able to be created on your end for us?
