How can we manually add loyalty points?

How can we manually add loyalty points? For example...if we run a local competition to win a discount how could we increase the customers points? Similarly if we wanted to use loyalty points as a gift voucher we would need to be abletble to manually maintain the points

There two ways how you can add/edit the loyalty points manually:

1st way:
To edit the loyalty points balance of the registered customer, please enter the list of the customers in the back office and click on the customer's name.
In the customer's settings, please click "MORE" button at the top right part of the screen. And then, click on the "Edit points balance" button. Edit the loyalty points balance of this customer and press "SAVE" button. 
 

 

 

2nd way:

Hello, could option to change points balance for customer be added to the loyverse mobile app for android too? Its annoying when I need to use web dashboard on phone when I want to give user extra points that they won in competition or when someone purchased gift card (I have printed giftcards that customers can purchase and give it so someone, then the gifted customer can change the paper gift card for points in their loyalty card (so they can use the balance of the card for more orders and I dont need to write down how many credits left on the card somewhere in the notes app).
