i’d like to ask if it’s not possible download CDS in Huawei tablet

i have checked that if it can download loyvorse app in the app . But It’s no problem when I bought it

but now the problem is....it cannot download CDS app...in the tablet...

Could i ask you how to download the app in my huawei tablet
