GoyosBurgers
Hello Is there a way that modifiers can adjust stock levels? For example, we don't want to create a new item for every side and beverage option (would be 100+ items) but rather in the modifiers be allowed to do "hamburger -> curly fries -> diet coke" and have the system track the levels of curly fries and diet cokes without have to manually adjust stock levels based on modifier numbers. We love just about everything about Loyverse but this unfortunately seems to be a make-or-break item if we are not able to resolve it! Thanks for the help!
Solution Amirah Posted August 26, 2020 Solution Share Posted August 26, 2020 Hello, It is not possible to track the stock of the modifiers as you mentioned. One option would be to use variants which will allow you to add inventory to each variant, however, when making a sale you can choose only variants unlike the modifiers where you can choose several at the same time How to Use Variants of Items
juanrenteria
For restaurant the use of modifiers is a great advange for example a Cheeseburger that customer doesnt want lettuce or wants extra cheese works perfect but for inventory purposes we need to be able to automatically remove those. Instead we are doing a manual labor and adding risk for human error. Should be considered for future enhancements.
Matthews
Has there been any progress on this feature? Its imperative that stock levels can be adjusted for some modifier items that involve stock in the Food & Beverage environment. For Example, if I choose a 300g Steak and you have an included in the price option for either chips, baked potato or rice - it needs to adjust the stock for these items accordingly.
