Applying a discount to a ticket

I am wanting to apply a discount to a ticket. I have installed the Loyverse App on two mobile phones, an iPhone and a Huawei.

On the Huawei, in the same way that I can search for an item, I can also search for a discount and by clicking on and saving it, it applies to the open ticket.

On my iPhone, the same search does not find any discounts and therefore the only way I can achieve the same outcome (a discount to the ticket rather than just one item) is to enter every item and apply the discount individually to all items.

Please can anyone help as this is very frustrating.

Have you tried applying the discount from the discount list on the sales screen?

If you go to the POS -> sales screen -> All items list -> scroll down to discounts you will find all your discounts there
