How to indicate the quantity of an item when selling?

Most products that we sell are purchased more than 1.

Is it possible that if I select a product I must immediately indicate the number?

And not first to the order list to adjust the quantity.

If you are referring to selling an item with different quantities easily (without adjusting the unit amount from the item list on the ticket), then I would suggest using the "sell item by weight" option which is explained in the below link
