Can not filter by employees?

Hello,

I am trying to filter the reports by employees, but strange thing happens. I can not see the list of all my employees when trying to filter. Some employees are missing, but all my employees appear in the list of employees and also in the report: Sales by employee, all employees are shown there.

Has anyone experience such thing?

Hello,

If your employees do not appear in the list when you try to filter reports by employees it means that the employees that do not appear have not done sales during the period you have chosen to check the report.

                                                          

You can try to check the report for a larger period of time.
