Solution Suzan Posted November 6, 2019 Solution Share Posted November 6, 2019 Hi Mia, Your customers will not earn loyalty points from the sales they have made before your Loyalty program was set up. They will start to earn Loyalty points from the sales only after you have set up a Loyalty program and only while this program is active. If you decide to cancel the Loyalty program, your customers will no longer earn points from their sales, but the loyalty points they have accumulated while the Loyalty program was active will not be deleted.
