Cupidon Posted October 17, 2019 Posted October 17, 2019 I have switched on the low stock notification at the Back office settings. But I have not received notifications on my email when my item reaches a low stock number.
Solution Andy Posted October 17, 2019 Solution Posted October 17, 2019 Hello. Please, pay attention to the Time zone in the General settings of Loyverse account in the Back office. The system will send Low stock notification to the Email (from the Email field of General settings) at 10:00 AM by the time of zone that you have specified.
