JoyHerrera
Hi. You can export your items list. Open the file in excel or google sheet, you can delete what you want to delete or add an item. Hope this helps.

Importing a csv file doesn't replace your item list, it only adds new items to your inventory, it doesn't delete items.
Solution Rodrigo Díaz Posted January 5, 2020 Solution Share Posted January 5, 2020 To bulk delete items sign in to the Back Office, and at the item list select "100" as the limit of rows. Then Select al Items And "Delete" This way, you will delete 100 items at once. However, it's possible to make an even bigger selection. For that, we are going to manipulate the website url. First of all, locate the "limit=100" words, like in the picture And now you can replace the number by any other you wish, for example, 500 If you refresh the page, the item list will load 500 items. Have in mind that loading a big number of items will require longer loading times, it will generate lag. So don't use to big numbers, I would recommend 500 maximun. Hope it helps.
RPWunterweex
I only modify my items within my ERP-System. This is a must, because all my orders are managed with it. So it is uncomfortable to me to modify the items within the Spread-sheet/CSV-file. The only possibility to manage this task seems to be the deletion of the whole item-list in the backoffice. And afterwards upload a fresh one. I do not need in-stock-telling and the other tools. But: how to delete them all? (It is not possible to reimport the SKU in my ERP, that´s it.) Amirah
You can delete all your items from the items list, it is not possible to delete them all at once but here you can show 100 items per page and then select all and delete. Repeat the same process for the other pages However, deleting an item and creating a new one (even with the same SKU, name, category,...etc) will result in the item been handled as a completely new item in the sales report Then
