Greetings and thanks in advance for your assistance.  Look for a way to alert the kitchen to special request.  I have modifiers but was wondering if there was a way to do it on the fly.....   thanks

You can add comments to each item. When adding the item to the ticket, tap on it and a new window will open where you can add a comment. Such comment will also appear on the kitchen order.
